Gila comes naturally to sound healing from a heritage of renowned Middle Eastern cantors. She has moved through her own spiritual development to embrace the sacred sound of all traditions and to truly embody the Sacred Feminine in all she does.
Throat surgery in childhood left Gila's voice damaged and scarred. She points out that her damaged voice was the least of her problems and that the power of sound was revealed to her as she was seeking to recover from a severe blood condition. The pursuit of vibrational medicine and sound healing cured her blood condition and gave strength to her damaged voice as a new sound emerged from deep within her soul.
